I left a review on 6 September extolling the virtues of this cable. I must now add that, with an extra week of burn-in, the improvement is quite remarkable and approaching a component-level upgrade.
The timbre is so natural whilst retaining detail and air. I am re-listening to a great deal of my music with a new appreciation and a smile on my face!

I recently upgraded my system, followed by a review of interconnects. I hope this review helps if you are considering this cable.
Firstly I looked at the principle of interconnects costing 10-15% of component cost and following excellent advice from Futureshop this cable came under consideration to connect my DAC and headphone amp. The Benchmark DAC is highly revealing with an extended frequency range and, combined with a class A headphone amp, I needed a cable that retained the detail without any harsh grain and Futureshop’s 60-day return policy allowed me to take the plunge, knowing I could return it if not suitable.
I would ideally use XLR for its power and noise advantages, but due to the number of components in my system, RCA had to be used for the headphone amp. Luckily, it was possible to use A/B comparisons with my original Chord Chameleon RCA and Chord Clearway XLR using tracks I know really well, listening via Hifiman 1000SE and Susvara headphones.
The RCA comparison had to be by switching cables, so there was an auditory memory risk, but luckily, the comparison was night and day, as it should be for such a cost difference.
The XLR comparison was by instantaneous switching, and the difference was much closer, maybe a 15% improvement with the Tellurium. OK, it’s over three times the cost of the Chord Clearway, but the Chord had the advantage of the XLR format.
In summary, the Tellurium sound can best be described as a very “natural” timbre with excellent control and air between notes. Bass has excellent control/slam, mids are really natural, and the top end is fully detailed/extended with no harshness. This review is straight out of the box with 96 hours of burn-in, and I fully expect continued improvement with more use. So they are a keeper, and I’m very happy with the sound.
Are they worth 3.5 times the cost of Chord Clearway? Well, yes, if your system is suitable, but Clearway was excellent in my previous system, and it has won awards for good reason.

I couldn't decide between the Tellurium Q Black II or Ultra Black II, but I'm glad I paid the extra money.
It took a week of running through my CD player on repeat, but then the soundstage opened up, and I could hear micro details, crisp notes, and great bass tightness. And then I used on my phonostage and I'm a happy chap ....I also went for the Black II speaker cables and the pairing is wonderful. I hear everything from my record collection; get a good press, and your jaw will hit the floor.
These cables really do make a difference subtle, yes, but once you hear what difference they make, you will love them. I know I do.

I bought this to replace my QED Signature Audio 40 interconnect between my Chord Qutest DAC and Cyrus X Power amps (mono mode); I instantly had to decrease volume by several notches and bass significantly to roughly match the output levels with the old interconnect such was the difference between the two, which really surprised me.
After about 150hrs of run-in time, the high frequencies are less harsh than with the QEDs but while maintaining, or even slightly bettering overall clarity, the bass is weightier, better controlled, and much more musical.
Very impressed with this interconnect. I'm currently using Telurium Q Silver speaker cables for my PMC Twenty 21 speakers and will be looking to replace those with higher-up-the-range Telurium Q Ultra Black in the future when I upgrade my speakers. I would most definitely recommend it.

As I stated earlier I would be ordering two more pairs of these five-star leads . They are used on the analogue ( vinyl ) side of my system and have improved the soundstage , width and depth , the clarity , top and bottom end, straight out of the box . Not a cheap interconnect but you absolutely get what you pay for and with Tellurium Q you get that in spades . Highly recommended .

Amazing cables! using on a mid priced headphone amp. previous cables were pure silver and couldn't drive my amp very hard because of sibilance but these TQ Ultra Black 2 cables gave me all the details without the sibilance. They also gave me more bass and nicely controlled with very nice body, natural voices and generally more texture.
I have a high end headphone amp on order and just cannot wait to get it and already thinking of upgrading to the Black Diamonds but I`ll wait and see. the leap up in quality of sound isn't a small leap from the old silver cables I had to the TQ`s.
I must say it really surprised me. I went for the 96 hour burn in and Deoxit treatment too. Personally speaking worth every penny!

I would 100% recommend this cable . Pricey i know , but in the grand scheme of things very good value . I purchased the non burnt in option as i didn`t want to miss any of the magic as it happened . Over the course of about forty hours use the sound produced has settled and sharpened up to a wide sound stage , sharp but not too sharp highs , forward mids and deep well controlled bass frequencies . I`m using PMC Twenty5-24`s , Prima Luna Evo 200 Integrated amp ,Roksan K3 CD and Origin Live Aurora TT , Onyx arm and Hana SL cartridge .
I must get two more cables for the vinyl section but the CD source is sounding great !

Bought this cable to replace my Chord clearway....... And wow, this cable is fantastic, I run a Nad C658 streamer to my Roksan Blak amplifier into my Spendor A7 speakers, the chord clearway sounded a little bright at the top end, and bass I thought was a bit lacking in depth, the cable has smoothed everything out and should only get better in time, if you have £400 - £500 to spend on a cable I highly recommend this, and the great service from Futershop ****

I got this cable to substitute an Atlas Hyper Ultra RCA which didn't fit my cabinet (closed back)and had to re returned. I have to say it's a very good cable the bass is tight and focused and the mid-high crystal clear we are really talking of a top notch product here. The Ultra Black 2 rca's coupled with same speaker cable and jumpers are really good, connecting phono pre to preamp to amp then speakers w/jumpers.
I read it's reccomended this way so I tried them out (did not get power cables).
The musical and revealing nature of this wire is better and different than all my cables more detail than all my 6 nines silver and 5 nines copper of 6 different configurations (twisted, solid core, litz, stranded, braided and silver plated copper). I don't know how these cables are configured or what they're made of but they work !
I really want the "Statements"
now !!! I think this wire is unique to all others and is like buying a new component upgrade.
Wish I knew about these thousands of dollars ago :●)

Bass is much more tauter minus the bloom while the highs is hardly sharp/harsh. You will notice all the positive characteristic of this cable as you gradually increase the volume. This is the matching cable if each of your components is priced between £1,000 to £2,000. Tested on Rega Saturn-R, Oppo UDP205 and Naim Supernait 2.

The treble was a lot less harsher and symbols were clearly had a metallic ring. Bass a lot tighter, not boomy. The sound improves every time I play my stereo. The cable are giving a more open sound balanced sound. I bought these cables without the free burn in service offered by future Shop. What a mistake.
One word of warning. Purchasing the ultra blacks shows you how good these cable are. So its likely you will want to replace your other cables too.

My stereo system is transformed.. I recently installed these RCA cables on my stereo system. Obviously the cables are not yet burnt-in yet but I can already say that the sound of my system has been transformed in all respects. I had very average cables compared to the level of my system. Evolution MASTERSOUND amp 845, ICOS CD player, DAC AUDIOMAT MAESTRO 3 REFERENCE.
The sound has increased in density, in clarity, the bass are well held and tense, the mediums are stunning and treble more present but never tiring. I do not regret my purchase. Yet I hesitated a lot when I bought ESPRIT cables. From days to days the sound improves. A priori a break-in is necessary to benefit from the best performance of these cables.

Thank future shop in sending me the Ultra Black 2m. The interconnect is of moderate weight and outlook, but it delivers a decent all rounded sound between my Jadis pre and power amps. It delivers calm and balanced sound stage, and music, all classical, in my case, sounds almost majestic

I bought the Tellurium Q Ultra Black RCA interconnect based on reviews on various websites and then after talking to Adam at Future Shop. Adam assured me that my system would benefit from this cable and that if not satisfied I could return it under the 60 day money back guarantee scheme. Adam also offered the free burn-in for the cable, which I duly took up.
I received the cable a few days ago and put it straight into my system which consists of my PC playing Tidal, MF Nu Vista amplifier and Spendor S8e speakers. I can only say that every positive review I have read about this cable shone through my system as soon as I had fired it up. The instruments are more clearly defined and the space between instruments was black. The singers are so well defined that each word is easy to hear.
It is difficult for me to compare this product to others at the same price point as my previous interconnects were a lot cheaper. I do know that I don't have to make comparisons as I have extremely happy with the current sound.
