PLEASE NOTE: lengths longer than 1m usually ship within 7-10 days
Please note that these interconnects are directional and for the best sound the signal must travel in the direction of the arrow near the centre of the cable.
The grip in the phono plugs is adjustable enabling you to get the best possible fit.
To minimize vibration and noise, each RCA connector is sealed with an anti micro-phony compound to damp excess vibration in that part of the signal path. This helps to enhance the silent background in your system.
To ensure the best possible connection between your system, Future Shop recommends the DeoxIT Gold G-Series contact enhancer.
DeoxIT Gold is carefully applied to the plug contacts of your cable and is a unique conditioning solution designed to improve conductivity and provide long-lasting protection on gold, base metals and other precious metal contacts and connections. DeoxIT Gold penetrates plated surfaces, molecularly bonding to the base metals to seal and protect both surfaces.
The benefits of applying DeoxIT gold are:
Please select this option from the above ‘Contact Enhancer’ drop-down menu and our engineers will apply the contact solution to your cable connectors prior to shipping.

“Putting it into my system, I was impressed by just how communicative this modestly priced cable was. Compared to my favourite similarly-priced cable I had to hand TQ offered a significant improvement in focus, timing and overall lucidity.” Steve Dickenson - HiFi+ |
"Nowhere does the music sound sharp or thin, but very open, transparent, defined. Everything sounds completely balanced. The sound is completely separate from the speakers and we feel as if we ourselves were present at the shooting. The original setting is left untouched and had only experienced by some in this group test such a commitment. So pure, so much momentum and so much peace. This is for us very close to the perfect interlink." Harro Tillema - Alpha-Audio |
"Black RCA curious change occurred. First, there was a sense that the overall picture is somehow simpler, it slightly diminished shades and tones. In fact, to get the effect "grated window" - the spectrum of nuances become more apparent and clearly. He became more visible contribution to the tweeter, while the explicit emphasis on RF failed. The music became more interesting to listen to." Nikolay Efremov - Audio Video |
“I’d say it sounds one of the very best cables at the price” David Price - HiFi World 2011 |
"Working at all frequencies and all types of music excellently it opened up the music in a way that many other companies can only dream of, that focus on phase relationships doing its thing. This worked so well with different systems and I would heartily recommend having a listen, however expensive your system is." Equipment Review - HiFi Pig - June 2nd 2021 |
"I have no idea what Tellurium Q Black II is doing, what it’s doing that original Black wasn’t doing, and why. But when Black II is doing what the cables are supposed to do – play music – those empty musings just fade away. It doesn’t matter why Black II works, what’s important is that it does work. I can see the cable being used in a range of outstanding value systems, making them sound at once smooth and inviting and also rhythmic and musically engaging. It’s a cable to enjoy music by!" “Sonically, Tellurium Q is on to something here. The sound is more focused and coherent than I expected; detailed without being over-attentive toward detail, and precise without being prissy, but most of all the sound is coherent and communicative as a result” Read More Alan Sicom - HiFi Plus February 2022 |

Tellurium Q cables offer a unique approach to cable performance, focusing on minimising phase distortion, a common problem inherent in all cables. The Tellurium Q team understands that all signal path materials act as electronic filters, impacting the naturalness of vocals and overall audio quality.
Instead of ignoring this issue, Tellurium Q embraces it and engineers cables that provide a clear path for the signal, aiming for the most natural sound possible with current technology. Their construction involves multiple stranded conductors of varying materials, dielectric materials, and geometries. Every detail, from solder mixes to plating thicknesses, is carefully considered.
Tellurium Q has developed three distinct families of sound to cater to different customer preferences: the Tellurium Q Silver range offers silver-like characteristics without harshness, the Tellurium Q Black range (including the Tellurium Q Black Diamond) provides transparent and lifelike reproduction, and the Tellurium Q Blue range adds a slight warmth to balance brighter systems. Each range is designed to enhance the audio experience uniquely. They strive to offer a clear, transparent, and natural listening experience and invite customers to hear the exceptional results of their work for themselves.
Having entered the Hi-Fi scene in 2010, Tellurium Q has won several coveted awards and global recognition. With their extensive range of top-tier cables available in 37 countries, they've accumulated 154 exceptional reviews and 14 'Products of the Year' awards from international Hi-Fi magazines. They have twice received the 'Queen's Award for Enterprise' in recognition of their remarkable export growth. Tellurium Q's uncompromising commitment to excellence ensures its products are not just good or average but exceptional, offering customers the best available in its price range.

Please take note of the following details regarding our cable burn-in service:
The Nordost VIDAR cable burn-in machine integrates three key functions into one operation:
The VIDAR employs a proprietary combination of composite and complex signals to condition the cables. These signals comprise ultra-low and ultra-high frequencies, extending beyond the range of video frequencies. The signal moves back and forth along the cable, penetrating deep into the core with ultra-low frequencies and traversing the surface with ultra-high frequencies. This transmission method generates beat harmonics between the two complex waveforms, which permeate all layers of the cable. The circuitry of the VIDAR also drives electrons from the conductor into the insulation area, neutralizing electrical charges.
The ultimate outcome of conditioning cables with the Nordost VIDAR is improved sound staging, increased detail, and an overall more musical presentation in your audio system.
Now, you may wonder why cable burn-in is necessary. During cable manufacturing, gasses become trapped as insulation is applied over the conductors. Additionally, new cables often possess high electrical charges, resulting in a brittle and bright sound that lacks the desired detail and depth for music production.
When cables undergo burn-in, the trapped gasses are dissipated, and small impurities in the conductor metals begin to exhibit diode-like behaviour, favouring current flow in a specific direction.
Here are the physical effects of the burn-in process:
When cables are properly burnt in, you can expect the following audible changes in your audio system:
At Future Shop, our goal is to maximise your satisfaction. That's why we offer a free burn-in service on all our cables before they arrive at your door, enabling you to sit back and enjoy the benefits of properly conditioned cables in your audio system.
