Just excellent, replacing simple 5mm copper cable, we forget the equipment in favour of the music alone.

I ordered late at night and received a phone call early the following morning about my order. There was a problem with the banana plugs I had chosen; they were not in stock.

They offered to fit higher-quality plugs at no extra expense to me. Not many companies would do this and go that extra mile.

I was originally going to buy the QED XT25, but the service advisor at Future Shop recommended the QED XT40i. I was in no way pressured into purchasing, but the sales advisor was really helpful and knowledgeable, so I decided to purchase it.

Boy, am I glad I did. The sound quality from my Tannoy Eclipse 2s has improved immensely! Crystal clear treble and midrange and tighter more controlled bass.

I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. My cable was delivered the next day. Now that's what I call good old-fashioned customer service!

So far, excellent cables work great with my pair of Triangle AIO Twins. I have to give credit to the customer service rep at FutureShop; he was incredibly knowledgeable for my novice understanding and actually steered me to a better value cable than the one I was considering, which was better for my needs than what I had initially picked out. I did the banana plugs with 96-hour burn-in, and they have been great.
