Futureshop's customer service was excellent. I called them twice to change some things, and they were very helpful and kind.

It is a quality cable and sounds great. I did not burn in the cables and connected them to a new Nad 3050 and Fyne audio speakers, and it sounds very good.

I previously used an Atlas cable (Hyper, I think), which was around the same price, but I prefer this.

It seems slightly more revealing, and the flatter double split cable allows for easier trunking in my room.

I love the fact it can be burnt in as well, which is the icing on the cake.

There was a slight problem initially with getting a custom length made up and sent to me as a "Next Day Delivery," but the guys managed to get it done, and I had it on time.

I'm so pleased with the quality, and how supple it is. I'm still burning it in but straight after plugging them in I was very impressed with how good they sound and with each passing day they're just getting better and better!!
