Upgraded from XT25 fabulous cables so well made and terminated sounds immense . If you are serious about your system but on a budget you should give these a look

Considering (also) but not only their relatively low price, the performance of the XT40i cables is rather special. Wide sound stage with plenty of detail and XT40i cables being rather low noise, they offer lots of clarity, with extremely airy and open presentation. Well-deserved 5-star rating.

I have tried for quite some time to believe that cables don't make any difference but real world experience tells me otherwise. I had the xt40 cables and these do bring a crisper more open and airy sound.

The first time I ordered from Future Shop I was a bit hesitant but shipping to the US is fast and actually very reasonable.

Arrived one day after I ordered couldn’t believe how quick they arrived cannot fault quality of cable and burn on banana plugs exceptional tradesmanship if you are looking for quality cables future shop gets my order every time.

Came well packaged and nicely finished with banana plugs. Bought two pairs to replace existing cables for a pair of 35 year old Wharfedale super diamonds and a pair of Monitor Audio silver.

I think with both sets of speakers the bass is better defined and there is more sparkle in the treble. The midrange is warmer with the monitor audio, the Wharfedales are very warm sounding anyway.

Great bargain for quality speaker cable!. I am a beginner with a Cambridge CXA80. I purchase this one hope to upgrade from my current local made speaker cable that I found a bit too punchy, AV like sounding.

Thankfully the decision was right. I have warmer sound, better sound stage and more balanced spread. The QED cables with QED banana plugs looks good and sounds very good. My job probably also contributed by the burn in service. Thanks!

Very good sound and build quality. Opened up my speakers sound for clarity and drive and has good bass extension when needed.

Would recommend if your speakers sound sleepy.

Great service and a fantastic cable. I was using a QED XT25 speaker cable between my Teac UX-501 and a pair of Magnat Humidor speakers. Upgrading to this cable improved the sound quality to my ears in every way. Trebles were sweeter, the miss was solid, bass refined and soundstage improved. The tone is a bit brassy but improved imaging is noticeable.
