Reviews for QED Silver Anniversary XT Speaker Cable - Custom Length

I've been looking for a new quality set of speaker cables for my vintage Hi-Fi system for a while as my previous basic set made my music sound quite "muddy" & came across these & am very pleased with the outcome!

These "QED Silver Anniversary XT" cables look, feel & give a nice wide dynamic range + good separation whilst holding bass tho sometimes can be a little "bright".

There seems to be a feeling amongst some that this cable is too bright sounding. When I first connected it up I agreed - to the extent that I phoned Futures Sop to voice my concerns that it had spoilt my system. They reassured me (and rightly so) that the cables need time and I need not worry. Once these cables are up and running (20-30 hours) they are amazing. Incredible clarity to the mid and top range and, while the bass is lighter than some, it is incredibly well defined with the right level of warmth for my tastes.

This is some seriously good cable for the money. Give it time

Already a satisfied owner of the XT40 on the first system, with this cable I gave new life to my second system.
totally vintage ( Accuphase + JBL ) . Sound well defined, clear and also powerful in the bass.

Excellent cable as good as what I expected

I wanted to tell you how delighted I am with the above order which arrived this afternoon (we are very remote and the post never arrives before 3pm). An astonishingly fast service, the cables are beautifully terminated and excellent value. I had not expected to hear any profound difference, but they have brought a precision and clarity to the sound stage from my elderly system that I find hard to believe.

I shall certainly recommend you to others and hopefully will find opportunity to use your services again
