Replaced this £50 a metre brown coaxial very thick cable, and the results are much, much improved. It seems I was paying for a lot of padding in this expensive dealer cable.

QED cable is excellent, and the boomy base has been cut back to eliminate altogether and can't recommend enough for an inexpensive cable and the matching QED banana plugs.

Great cable. If you're on a budget like me, buy with confidence.

Good quality cable for the price and compares favourably with similarly priced cable I have used in the past.

One star off because I wanted to terminate these myself and found it very difficult to split the two conductors for left and right without the insulation on one side tearing away, exposing the uninsulated wire on the adjoining conductor. It took a few attempts to get a clean split.

Other cables have cleanly either pulled or cut apart, but these have a very narrow joining central area, which wouldn't pull or cut cleanly.

Otherwise, good qualities and value for money.

QED Silver Anniversary XT Speaker Cables never fail to amaze me each and every time!

Super experience ordering online from Future Shop. I am a returning customer, and the service has been "lovely jubbly", as Del Boy would put it!

I bought my HiFi setup on a budget, mostly good quality vintage items, and I was advised that good quality speaker cables were essential to good listening.

I held on to this and bought some speaker cables from my local electrical shop. I was never happy with the sound on one of my speakers, the one on the far side of the room, the volume wasn't right, and it didn't have any body.

I took the plunge and bought some quality cable and banana plugs from Futureshop. What a difference! Both speakers now have a full, rich sound.

Great service, and it arrived quickly. I will buy again from this company.
