Futureshop have been excellent, nothing too much trouble and I would recommend them to all.

The QED speaker cable is excellent, my system sings with them fitted. The sound is very detailed.

Significantly different than my Gale XT315 speaker cable that I had used for 10 years. The white colour blends in well with most skirting boards. The cable is easy to bare and add ends to. It is somewhat stiff and needs persuading gently to sit in place. The sound is markedly brighter than my Gale XT315, which is what I wanted and is to be expected from a silver cable. Purely by chance it has given my system the extra clarity it needed as it was somewhat muddy and veiled ever since I moved house.

Service and cable are excellent.! Finally I get rid off unknown brand cables, and replace with QED. Astonishing sound...unexpected brilliance clarity and bass from my Q Acoustic 2020i speakers! Satisfied with futureshop, price is good and web user friendly.

Futureshop was able to respond my queries in a fast manner. Overall I pretty much satisfy with both sales and support services. I like the AIRLOC Forte Banana plugs which were terminated perfectly well. After replacing the old cables with the Silver Anniversary B-Wire, I found there is improvement in wider soundstage and tonally balanced.

I was originally using chord cables,but when i switched to QED Anniversary XT cable the difference between the cables was like chalk and cheese.I noticed right away that the midrange was significantly enhanced and the bass was more tighter,far less boom now and sounding superb,i never thought that the cabling would really make any difference,but i was wrong, i now have a sound that myself and my friends who are also into hifi would not have believed,so to all you people that think that speaker cabling does not matter,think again.

This cable is just perfect. Fast and dry base, brilliant midrange and perfect timing. And the space between the speakers is wide open and detailed. This cable is better than Inakustik Reference LS 1203! Thanks a lot to Futureshop!:-)))

Great service from future shop, fantastic bi-wire speaker cable with airloc banana plugs from QED. Worthy online hifi cable retailer.
