I found the aerial to be just as good as most around this price range l never seen any big change in the quality of picture or sound.

Great feel to the product, easy to use plugs. Beautifuly smooth quality with more depth across the frequency range giving the signal much better ambience and spatial detail. Cleaner bass. Smooth sound.

I use the cable to my TV. Both picture and sound has an obvious improve, This cable has high CP value, highly recommend to everyone.

After a helpful discussion over the phone, I ordered this (4.5m) to go between wall socket and 40" LCD TV, as replacement for several separate lengths of QED Qunex linked together.
With the older QED cable, there was some occasional pixellation but otherwise a good picture and OK sound. To check whether there was a problem with the cable, I'd tried some older basic cable - which gave no worthwhile picture at all, just a pixellated mess, unwatchable.
And now....this QED reference is definitely a dramatic improvement over what it's replacing: no pixellation at all, clearer, sharper picture, even sharper sound. The sound from the freeview signal is usually fed to an AV amp and played via KEF 5.1 speakers, and because the signal reaching the TV is cleaner, the surround sound is now much better - I'd noticed some distortion and that's now gone.
And just as good - I ordered this custom length cable yesterday afternoon (ie it had to be put together, packaged and posted) and it arrived this morning. Excellent service!

Just ordered a 1.5M run of the QED REF STV cable from futureshop. This short run was intended for the connection between my actiontec v1000H modem to my 3 port coaxial splitter which serves my CIS430 IPTV PVR. Have to say there is a huge improvement in picture quality. Less pixelation in darker scenes, and increased depth of image is very noticable. Colors are more vibrant as well. Also have to say the f-connectors on this cable are top notch quality. The folks at futureshop who put this together did an immaculate job - the cable is stunning.
Delivery to Canada was about 5 business days, and cheaper than similar length "reference" coax cable I could buy here. You will continue to get my patronage. I will be placing another order of QED REF STV cable from the run from the splitter to the PVR.......
