This is the third set of aerial cable I now own, and it’s the only cable I would use on FM/DAB connection; it makes the sound more authoritative but not harsh - the bass and mids are separated to make a superb listen whether it’s classical, jazz or pop.

Fitted to the indoor part of receiving terrestrial broadcasts, this cable collects the signal from the outdoor coaxial cable coming into the house from the aerial and takes the signal to your tv or another receiver. The effect of the cable is to make colours brighter and more vivid, add clarity and sharpness to images and give greater focus to sound up and down the frequency range.

By getting as much as possible from the signal received then transporting it with rf shielding to the tv, the cable got the best out of our tv. When used in parallel with a mains block extension, the TV sound and visual step up again. The cable will identify the differing standards of broadcasts from different channels.

This is an excellent cable and a worthy upgrade but does need a decent aerial and coaxial cable signal to the indoors.

I used this coaxial cable on an old technics ST-G90L FM tuner. The results were amazing- the music sounded fuller, richer- more refined but highly detailed at the same time, unlike cheaper cables I’ve tried in the past.

This cable is well worth the money… don’t hesitate in purchasing this cable. Once again I’d like to thank future shop for another excellent service.

We recently got a new, 65 inch TV, but we just couldn't get live TV: we could only tune into 4, obscure channels, and the image was flickering, on and off, really bad.

It dawned on us that maybe this was because we had a "normal", think aerial cable, the type you get at a supermarket.

Looked online, found Futureshop, and got this QED Aerial cable.

We've been able to tune into a huge number of channels and the reception is just superb.

We had problems with the signal to a small HD TV with frequent loss of channel signal. Unsure what was the cause we eventually narrowed it down to the aerial cable from the wall to the TV. We replaced it with QED Aerial cable and it has worked perfectly ever since and there is a noticeable improvement in picture quality. Job done.

This is a quality cable. Several TV channels used to "drop out" over once per minute, showing the poor signal strength Error Code. After fitting this cable, ALL channels have 95 to 100% signal strength and quality. No more Error Codes.

This QED Aerial cable is different in lots of ways. It has far better sheathing, connection is very positive, feels like a excellent quality product, performance is much better than I expected, as I gained better picture, and a much more natural sound without the booming effect. It’s not cheap, but the investment is well worth it. Fully recommend this cable.

After weeks of research came across the reviews of this cable. The quality on the TV screen truly reflects the reviews that I read. You won't be disappointed.

As for Future Shop, their advice on which cable to choose based on our budget and size of TV was excellent. They are, very knowledgeable in their field.
