Fantastic bang for the buck. I've now purchased a few of these since they do everything right and nothing wrong! Highly recommended!

This is my first try for upgrading optical cables so i can't compare it to other than my bulk calbe. I was littlebit sceptical whether there is differences in optical cables even i have experienced them with speaker cables during my many years in this hobby. I wanted to start with something relatively cheap and good in reputation.

First thing i noticed with this cable compared to my bulk cable was the connectors. They really locked to my Audiolab QDAC firmly.

After ten second with my favorite track was: There is difference in optical cables. The sound was more open with better spatial information. Top end got crispier, even so i had to change my RCA cable for better balance. I have nothing to complain about the low frequences neither. QED cable added littlebit more grunt and control. There is lot of advertising hype on this cable but it lives to it's expectations. I might even try the reference series in the future.

Bought this cable to connect a large screen TV to a soundbar. Build quality is excellent. The cable is flexible and more substantial than the QED Profile Precision (which is still a good budget cable). The soundbar was formerly connected to the TV via the TV's HDMI (ARC) socket, but this socket is now connected to a new, network AV Receiver, hence the need for a new optical cable connection. Surprisingly perhaps, the sound quality from the soundbar now appears to be better than before. This cable is around twice the cost of the budget QED Profile Precision, but for better installations it is highly recommended.

I used the QED to replace an old Monster optical cable between my cable box and my dac. What a huge difference in sound quality. Now the music coming from cable tv sounds as good as my other digital sources. An improvement of the frequency range as well as the elusive PRAT. I couldn't be more pleased.

I am delighted with the optical cable - using it with my new Naim Muso to connect to the TV and it sounds fabulous.

English Translation: I bought this cable to connect my Samsung Smart TV my Pre-amp and my 2 amps Vincent on my Focal Chorus 826W speakers, the sound is sublime, very clear, very detailed, well balanced from top to bottom with super bass clean deep and breath taking !!!
