UK Delivery
1. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Services as a Standard Postage Option
Orders received before 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. Over 98% of our orders are usually delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays . In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day may not be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered. If this is the case, the item will be shipped via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service as soon as the cable is custom made.

Improvement across the sound range in clarity resolution, in better highs and lows. So, really pleased with the purchase.

I used my QED performance as a stand-in for my TV Setup box and my Cambridge Audio CXN. As it's just a Telco TV Setup box, I was not expecting much.' Just that I am using only signature and reference QED cables when connecting my HIFI system. Used an Audioquest jitterbug in the signal path. Got a much louder, wider sound stage and realism than the performance cable. Dynamic range was really good, coming through my KEF LS50.
For fun, I will try it on my NAD 3020D and Mac computer setup to see if it can make any appreciable difference. Thanks.

First of all, it took me some time to understand the role of a USB cable in audio transmission. Looking for Jitter during playback showed more than I was willing to accept. I use an SMSL M500 MKII for conversion connected to my working laptop streaming alongside work. The machine is busy most of the time, and radio frequencies are generated by more than one source. I tested several stock cables before ordering the QED, and there were differences in the amount of Jitter between different cables. To be honest, most of the hi-res voodoo I am not able to hear, the transfer errors are difficult not to hear. So I decided on a cable with decent shielding.
The order was processed on the day of placing the order, Royal Mail managed to get my parcel on a plane the next day, and the rest of the shipping of 14 days was consumed by German customs and delivery service. I ordered an item from Japan which took the same time. No further comments on this low performance.
After the cable arrived, I listened to an especially airy piece of music with the stock cable, switched and listened again. With the new cable, the background noise is definitively reduced. The white noise with no music and 100% volume is still there but less prominent. The cable itself is not stiff, and installation was easy.

The QED New Reference USB cable appears low-key but when you pick it up, it feels very solid but surprisingly flexible. The power delivered in this cable is very clean, as well as the signal. The sound is immersive. Plenty of details, attacks are clean and fast as the sound is very transparent, but not harsh and certainly not thin (one could hear the "air" in the concert hall), making the music organic and engaging.

I was upgraded from SUPRA USB cable, before I upgrade this QED USB cable, I think the SUPRA is good enough for this price range. After changed to QED USB cable and has run for over 1 week, the high and low frequency extend more, the high is very smooth, the bass is tight and enough quantity, the voice, especially female voice, is clean, clear, transparent and emotional. Background is more silent than SUPRA USB cable.

Improvement is significant, even with my medium grade computer speakers. Listening to classical music and I can identify more instruments and sounds are truer. Bass instruments are very satisfying, with crystal clear brass and bell sound. When listening to pop music I hear more lyrics and voices are beautiful, some accompaniment details even sound differently. It is a well worth spending as listening becomes so interesting and enjoyable. No more fatigue from long time listening, thanks to the cleaner sound. I can basically have music on all day without stopping. Before I need to turn off after about 3 hours.

I've tried a few USB cables and I find this one gives a very good sound that is to my liking compared to the Chord C-USB and the Furutech Formula 2 cables. It gives a clear balanced sound, nice highs but not too sparkly and plenty of low response. But each system is different so I recommend trying it out and see whether it works in your system.
The cable is also well made, more flexible than the Furutech and I prefer the black colour casing compared to the Chord C.
