The cable itself is great, very supple and easy malleable unlike the old cable which was quite rigid. I ordered 2 x 20 Meter lengths which I had terminated with Air-Loc plugs. The issue here is that there seemed to be no visible marking on the cable! I contacted QED and they said that there is a very faint ridge on one of the cables which can be used for the +. I looked carefully and the ridge is there! Mine were wired ridge to negative but that wonr matter as i changed it at the speaker end. Good Product good company.

No visible polarity marking. I would have given this cable five stars, but there is no visible polarity marking. Many speaker cables have a coloured strand adjacent to one of the cables so you know which is which. Failure to wire the cables with the same polarity results in phase differences and poor quality sound, so this is important. I had to buy a torch bulb and torch bulb holder and make up my own simple test rig, so that I could check the polarity was correct, very tedious and should not have been neccessary.
