For use with a speaker on thick carpets, you will require the Bullet Spike option (just choose the quantity that matches the quantity of Ultra SS you have selected!).
VIEWStillpoints Ultra Base for Ultra SS V2, Ultra II V2, Ultra 5 V2Item Code: Stillpoints Ultra BaseThe Ultra Base can be connected to the Ultra SS V2, Ultra II V2, Ultra 5 V2, and directly to any component in a system. One 1/4-20 x 5/8″ set screw is included with each Ultra Base. The 1/4-20 adapter listed below allows connection of the Ultra Base to the beveled lower section of the Ultra 5. The added height will provide more ventilation space under an amplifier if needed. The Ultra Base can also spread the mass of whatever is being supported over a larger area adding stability in some applications. Adding the Ultra Base to any Stillpoint can increase the performance of that Stillpoint significantly. Sold singly.

They are not designed for use with floorstanding speakers, and if not being fitted to a Stillpoints rack it is recommended to add the Ultra Base to each unit to enhance performance and stability (as shown in the third image).

Designed for use with components or floorstanding speakers, the Ultra 5 V2 contains four "technology pockets" in each unit and can be used without the Ultra Base on a perfectly level floor. The beveled base aids the adjustment of speakers once they have been fitted. Sold singly.
