The PH5 has a unique selling point as it is the first Gold Note product with a touchscreen interface combined with a full analogue heart. The signal path is made through discrete audio-grade components and sealed single switches, with the user-friendly display allowing all settings to be easily accessible and changeable. You can also select the most appropriate equalization curve for each vinyl record, directly on the touch display, and even extend the frequency response up to 50kHz with the Enhanced EQ curve feature.

New Touchscreen Interface and Design
The PH-5 has a unique selling point as it is the first Gold Note product with a touchscreen interface combined with a full analogue heart. The signal path is made through discrete audio-grade components and sealed single switches. Every setting selected through the touchscreen is applied to the audio signal switching its path through the usage of relé. This signal path is optimized to shorten the distance and minimize possible interference whilst the user-friendly display allows all the settings to be easily accessible and changeable.
To each and it's own EQ Curve
The PH-5 features 3 EQ curves and allows a selection of the most appropriate equalization curve for each vinyl record, directly on the touch display: RIAA, DECCA LONDON, and AMERICAN COLUMBIA. Thanks to Gold Note's proprietary technology inspired by Georg Neumann (the producer of the famous Neumann Disc Cutting Lathe), each curve can be “Enhanced” to extend the frequency response up to 50kHz, improving even further the stage, dynamics and resolution when required.
Dedicated External Power Supply
To maximise the performance of the PH-5 Gold Note has also developed a dedicated, external super inductive power supply that allows the phono stage to achieve its fullest potential, reaching an even higher degree of musical realism, better dynamics, and greater three-dimensionality sound

1. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Services as a Standard Postage Option

All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. For International orders, we use FedEx Services where customers have selected this option.

Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day may not be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered. If this is the case, the item will be shipped via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service as soon as the cable is custom made.
For orders weighing over 2KG, we reserve the right to ship items using Next Day Pre-Noon Courier Services where Royal Mail Special Delivery option has been selected.

We accept orders from all Channel Islands including Alderney, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. Unless you select a premium service, Items weighing under 2KG are delivered using our standard UK delivery option above. For items weighing over 2KG, a surcharge may be applied for all deliveries to the Channel Islands as well as Northern Ireland.
European Countries
Deliveries to EU member states are subject to 20% VAT. We offer the following shipping services:

Slightly larger than expected, and put together well. Sounds sublime with detail, clarity and transparency.
It's a huge step up sonically from my previous stage. The user interface is through the touch screen, and this works well. There is good adjustability for both MM and MC carts and three EQ curves, with enhancements to play with.
I think this is the best-sounding phono stage in the sub £1000 category by a stretch!
