All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. For International orders, we use FedEx Services where customers have selected this option.

Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day may not be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered. If this is the case, the item will be shipped via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service as soon as the cable is custom made.

High-end headphones at a great price

The Focal Clear headphones are a perfect example of high-end audio. Two words immediately spring to mind to describe them - clear and balanced. Bass, midrange and treble are all given equal importance. Add to this an expressive and highly dynamic delivery and the result is a wonderful high-end experience. I listened to mainly orchestral classical music of resolution 16 bit /44.1 KHz and 24 bit/96 and 192 KHz using an i-Pad with Chord Mojo or Ifi x dsd dac/amps. Bass has remarkable extension for a dynamic open back headphone. There is absolutely no bass bleed into the midrange which is Perfectly neutral but highly expressive. Treble is “just right” with violins having perfect timbre.
I have extensively listened to the majority of classic “mid fi” Phones from Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, Audeze and Hifiman and quite simply the Focals are in a different league for resolution, soundstage height and layering. Imaging is staggering with precise instrument placement due, I guess, to the angled drivers. This does reduce soundstage width a little, but this is a small price worth paying for the imaging! I am confident that you would have to pay £2K and Probably well above this to achieve an improvement in audio quality.
