The Signature Tuned ARAY replaces the Signature Plus and is a completely new cables design, with all the wonderful timing and coherence that Tuned ARAY technology brings. There is that balance between all the things that a high fidelity system should do and the sense of being there and watching a performance take place in your living room.
As you progress through the Chord interconnect range, the Signature Tuned ARAY is the first interconnect to be built using Tuned ARRAY principles. Originally developed for there Sarum cable range the Tuned ARAY technology works every bit as well on the Signature version. There is the same lift in detail, dynamics jump out, and drums surprise with the power. What really works though is the coherence of the music you play, the sense of involvement and being there. The realisation that hours have gone by and you only meant to sit down and listen to a couple of songs.

Chord Signature Tuned ARAY analogue interconnects all use the same unique conductor formation, developed for our flagship Sarum Tuned ARAY interconnects. Each Signature conductor is built using high quality silver-plated conductors. Insulation is PTFE and the shielding consists of two layers of high-density silver-plated braid that is effective over a very wide frequency range. The shielding is covered with a white PTFE precision applied outer extrusion. Like Sarum, Signature Tuned ARAY cable is produced to extremely tight tolerances.
The Signature Tuned ARAY RCA cable is fitted with our latest PTFE plugs. The silver-plated centre pin is set into a PTFE insulation block. The low mass silver-plated shield/return connector is fitted and a PTFE layer applied, before the precision machined, vibration damping plug casing is fitted.
Do not underestimate the profound improvements to performance that Tuned ARAY technology brings. The Signature Tuned ARRAY is exceptionally transparent, both dynamically and particularly in terms of detail, timbre and pitch. 1. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Services as a Standard Postage Option
Orders received before 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. Over 98% of our orders are usually delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays . In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.

Please take note of the following details regarding our cable burn-in service:
- Cable Compatibility: We regret to inform you that we cannot burn-in cables with stripped bare ends or BFA plugs. In order for cables to undergo the burn-in process, they should be terminated or have connectors.
- Timing: Cables will be burnt in for the selected period after processing your order. For custom-length cables, the burn-in process will occur after they have been terminated by the manufacturer or our engineers unless specified otherwise in the product description.
- Availability: Future Shop provides our cable burn-in service free of charge, but its availability is at our discretion. While we strive to fulfil all burn-in requests for the specified time periods, please understand that during exceptionally busy periods, we may be unable to meet the demand due to limited connections on the Nordost Vidar cable conditioning machines.
The Nordost VIDAR cable burn-in machine integrates three key functions into one operation:
- Charge Neutralisation: It eliminates charges that accumulate around the cables and their insulation, ensuring a more balanced electrical environment.
- Deep Conditioning: The machine provides a wide band and deep conditioning process that affects the conductor core, resulting in changes to the signal transmission through the metal. This deep conditioning enhances the cable's performance.
- Ultrasonic Surface Conditioning: The VIDAR machine utilizes ultrasonic waves to condition the surface of the conductors, optimizing their contact and overall conductivity.
The VIDAR employs a proprietary combination of composite and complex signals to condition the cables. Expensive but worthwhile in the right system

I use it in a Naim CDX.2./ATC 150 wpc integrated/Harbeth C7 ES3 system. This system is ridiculously sensitive to the interconnect used. I have a lot of them, and they all sound different.
My mainstay is a very cheap Mogami with locking RCA plugs which is very rhythmic but lacks detail. More expensive interconnects lose some of the boogies but have more detail.
From the start with the Signature, the dynamics were excellent, and the details were very pure. I am very pleased and must recommend it. Though expensive that amount is only equal to a cheap lens for my pro camera. My audio is much more important than photography. In retrospect I would recommend the burning in option, as using a burning in CD has improved things further after initially making things more muddled..
Ordering and delivery were excellent, fast and painless.

Tried this interconnect because I wanted to upgrade my older (a sub £100 Van Du Hul, which was pretty sweet to be fair) phono connection as I have much more sensitive speakers now and want to eliminate noise wherever possible in my system. Now, eight hundred notes is a lot of money in anybody’s book I reckon and I must say I had my reservations in purchasing this. After I listened to literally just one record? Sold. A superb piece of kit.

Future Shop have been first class with the delivery and supply of Chord Tuned Aray interconnects. I've been Hi-Fi nut for over 40 years and these cables have transformed my system. The overall improvement on many levels is truly staggering, yes they are expensive but worth every penny, so now my system is fully wired with signature cables and the sound has really come together.
Previously my interconnects were Red dawn and I wasn't unhappy until I've changed but now the change is thrilling. My system comprises Tannoy legacy Arden ,copland CDA 289,CSA 303,CSA 515 with Chord Signature XL speaker cables.
I dread to think if the sarum would improve things further Chord are really on to something with their tuned aray tech.

This is an absolute high quality cable. For me a complete new world of sound experience for my classical music collection. It sounds like an orchestra or musician plays live in my room. The whole spectrum from bass to treble sounds absolutely pure and clear. Unbelievable.
