An excellent product but with no embedded Qobuz or Tidal!!

I bought this product partly because I could stream embedded Qobuz and Tidal with both of these accessible via the GoFigure App. I subsequently discovered that this was not the case despite claims on both Chord Electronic’s and matching details on Futureshop’s websites. I subsequently contacted Mark at Future Shop and Chord Customer Services about this. The person I spoke to at Chord said that initially when 2GO was launched, both Qobuz and Tidal were embedded. However, Chord experienced technical problems with the continued access to both sites, and both were subsequently disbanded. The person I spoke to said he would now message all Chord dealers and suggest that the description of 2GO would, at last, be updated to reflect the absence of these.
Mark at Future Shop has been very helpful in trying to clarify the situation as well. Other than this, 2GO works very well with excellent sound quality. I now use the mconnectHD app on my device to access the above sites.

Bought alongside the 2yu to create a source to feed a Qutest DAC. Chord packaging is excellent. All you need for connectivity is in the box.
The best source I've had in my hi-fi set up, whether wired or wireless. If anything the Chord signature sound is strengthened. Bags of detail and no fatigue.
No need to add any linear power supply. The GoFigure app is necessary to set it up and vital to update firmware. But it isn't that useful for playback control. I recommend both Roon RAAT and new Audirvana Studio as the 2go just simply sounds sublime with either.
As long as it is switched on, it can act as a music server using the micro SD function. My noisy NAS is now redundant.
