Reviews for Chord Clearway 2 RCA to 2 RCA Audio Cable Pair

This is the second set of ClearWay analogue leads I've had from Future Shop, the leads are amazing as you'd expect. I'm using them between an Arcam CD82 and a Luxman L410 and it's a huge improvement over the Cambridge Audio leads I was using before.

Used this to replace the OEM cables that came with my DAC.

Although the original sound was pretty good this most definitely put the sound quality into a different league.

I used Chord Clearway speaker cables when doing an upgrade this year. Came back to Future Shop for interconnects. Impressive amount of detail is conveyed using 0.5m lengths, now connecting my turntable to my kit.

Upgrade to older Chord interconnects. Still burning in but sounds great

Beautifully finished and so much better than stock cable that came with my source.

Clear sound,excellent

While I am pleased with the cable, I expected to hear a significant upgrade in sound from my 20 year old Chord Cobra Interconnect.
The Chord Clearway is a little bit clearer, but that's about it.

Wether or not that is down to my C. D player being the weak link only time will tell, until I upgrade it ? I personally don't think it was worth the £100 price tag. You can buy an old Chord Cobra Interconnect on eBay for about £12. There is not much difference between them in my opinion.

I recommend that you bite the bullet and splash the cash as this is a fabulous product. I already had a set of the cables connecting CD player to amp and performance was super, so I decided to try them on on Rega fono pre amp to Linn amp and the result was spectacular.

The sound quality from my records is vastly improved. I have a range from opera to country and old and new pressings and, without exception, the Chord Clearway cables have improved my enjoyment of every album immensely. Would recommend unreservedly and please use the complimentary burn in service too, it makes a huge difference to the immediate quality of sound reproduction.
