1. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Services as a Standard Postage Option
Orders received before 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. Over 98% of our orders are usually delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays . In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day may not be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered. If this is the case, the item will be shipped via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service as soon as the cable is custom made.

Based on What's HiFi reviews, I replaced my existing 10-foot-thick RCA cable with this 3-meter Chord C-Line Cable. It was a clear improvement in the overall sound image and clarity.
It completely changed my perception of the little difference between standard and brand cables.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this rather budget interconnect, utilised in a system spread over an array of tube equipment, particularly with six different phono stages.
It has handled excellently across the board, despite the array of different phono stages, cartridges and turntables.
Overall, it is extremely good value for money and a damn good interconnect!

I've used Chord products for the last 20+ years to connect all my hi-fi components. The latest C-Line cables are a worthwhile upgrade compared to standard interconnects and deliver clear improvements in soundstage and sound quality.
At £50 per pair, they represent fair value for money. I've not compared them with more expensive products.

I bought one and loved it so much replaced all my other RCA cables (AudioQuest evergreens) with a C line. The good folks at future shop were nice enough to condition them before they shipped.
Great upgrade to “mid-fi” set-up: Sansui AU 717 integrated amp, Yamaha S1000 CD player, blue sound node, and technics SL1500 TT all benefit from the upgrade.

Unfortunately, I'm not a bat, so I can’t say anything about comparing it to other cables, but what I do hear is very very good indeed.
I used these cables to connect a Chord Qutest DAC to a Pro-Ject pre-amp, which goes to Acoustic Energy AE 1 active speakers.

The phono cable included with my 1980s Ariston RD40 record deck is quite basic. I wanted to replace this with a better-specified cable. When I looked at cables dedicated for this use, I was a bit stunned by the price. The cables designed specifically for this use have an earthing lead and the twin audio cables. I looked for an alternative.
The option of a 0.5m length was chosen since it only goes from the internal record deck sockets to the pre-amp. I am using some normal main lighting wire for the earthing lead. It doesn't look as neat as a much more expensive integrated cable. However, records are sounding more dynamic and with greater clarity, and the earthing wire that I've added is doing the job in that respect. It's all out of sight, so visually, it isn't noticeable. My only regret is not paying attention to the directional arrows on the Chord lead. I wired it all up, realised my mistake and had to do it again ...

My scepticism about cables was challenged a few years ago when I bought some shielded Chord speaker cable. From memory, it cost about £5 a metre, so not the top of the range, but what a difference it made. A window on the soundstage opened. Again at the bottom end of the range, these Chord interconnects have made music enhancing differences in separation, sound stage and detail (listen to those backing vocals!) - opening yet another window.
Three specific examples. Bill Evans’s piano on Flamenco Sketches emerged from the mix, clearly sounding behind the horns. The hi-hat and cymbal work on Joni Mitchell’s Car on the Hill was clear and full, not edgy and brash. The kick drum on David Crosby’s Cowboy Movie was a distinct entity not incorporated into Phil Lesh’s bass.
This economical upgrade is one of those that makes you want to play your albums and discover their aural delights and wonder again that so much information and joy can be extracted from a groove in a bit of plastic!

It took a week longer than the usual 2 to travel the 12,000 KMS (due to the pandemic), but I got them safely.
The RCA plug shape is a bit different now. But the sound is still the same: open and balanced (to my ears at least). I am using them between my amp and streamer and even with internet radio I am very satisfied.
