Introducing the Blustream CUSTOMPRO-HUB16 Custom Pro Matrix Hub, the perfect solution for AV integrators looking for performance and flexibility in their I/O structure. This advanced matrix hub features 16 modular bays, allowing for easy customization of the input, output, and control features to meet the specific needs of your project.
Designed to operate in challenging AV environments, the Custom Pro Matrix Hub is housed in a robust and interlocking board configuration, making both installation and maintenance a seamless experience. It comes equipped with IR control cards included as standard, giving you complete control of your local source equipment.
The Custom Pro Matrix Hub supports up to 16 video inputs and 16 video outputs using a combination of 2-way and 4-way interchangeable input and output boards. It also supports 4K UHD video up to 4K 60Hz 4:4:4, and optional Colour Space Conversion (CSC) boards support HDMI 2.0 18Gbps specification, including HDR over HDBaseT™.
Advanced optional features of the Custom Pro Matrix Hub include independent down-scaling of 4K video inputs on CSC HDBaseT™ outputs, allowing displays only capable of supporting lower video resolutions to receive 4K video while still showing a native 4K UHD resolution on the higher-definition displays. Other features include audio breakout with variable line-level outputs, simultaneous HDBaseT™ / HDMI outputs, and RS-232 pass-through.
In addition, the Custom Pro Matrix Hub features a 2-way IR pass-through and a web browser interface module for control and configuration of the matrix. The 16 analogue L/R audio inputs can be embedded into corresponding HDMI / HDBaseT™ zone outputs, and the 16 IR outputs allow for routed control of local source equipment. The matrix also supports PoC (Power over Cable) when used with compatible Blustream HDBaseT™ Receivers.
Control of the Custom Pro Matrix Hub is available via front panel, RS-232, TCP/IP, IR, and web GUI. It also supports HDCP 2.2 compliance and advanced EDID management. With 3rd party drivers available for major control brands, the Custom Pro Matrix Hub is a versatile solution for any AV integration project.
Please note that full 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 support is subject to input/output boards specified. Overall, the Blustream CUSTOMPRO-HUB16 Custom Pro Matrix Hub is an advanced, flexible solution that performs better in challenging AV environments.

All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. For International orders, we use FedEx Services where customers have selected this option.
Please note, special orders for non-standard cable lengths or custom-made cables may be subject to longer delivery time-scales. This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
