The rave reviews for the Rocket 11 cables by Audioquest are well earned - exceptionally balanced with very good detail and well-rounded sound with strong but not bloated bass, nice mid-range and satisfying highs. Construction is top-notch as well. The 96 hour burn-in is a must as they continue to open up nicely the more you listen, impressing more and more as the days go along. Adam was great to deal with as well, and shipment to Canada took a little while (10 days or so), but all went well.

After phoning Futureshop, and speaking to Gary, I soon realised these guys know what they are talking about, and are very helpful and reassuring.

The cables arrived quickly and I fitted them. After an initial problem,due to my amp not working properly ( it hadn't been used for a year or so), Once fixed, the cables really showed their class. The sound is clear, open, but never bright, with a solid clean bass, allowing the music to flow.

The best thing about these cables is that you end up listening to the music and not the equipement. So to finish, I would like to highly recommend the cables and Future Shop.

I had to wait sometime to get my hands on these wonderful cables. I live in Italy and it took more than two weeks. Well the only thing I can say now is that they were worthy of the wait. Until now I used some normal copper cables and after installing these the sound was completely new, deeper and more detailed.

As regards the product it’s a What Hi-Fi winner so can't say more than this other than the cable met my expectations and their review. As regards the supplier I liked the burn-in process and the quality of the terminations.

As it was despatched in less than 48 hrs I asked the obvious. 96 hr burn-in vs 48 hr despatch doesn’t add up. I got an email response almost immediately. “It’s popular so we burn it in on the full reel”. Can’t say fairer than that. Never heard of this company before but would use again.

Excellent cables, great service. The cables arrived exactly as ordered, expertly and professionally fitted with the appropriate banana plugs. I had to change the position of my amp meaning two of the cables were too short.

Replacement cables were quickly despatched without any trouble and for just the cost of postage! Incorrect cables sent back. Fantastic service and will definitely use Future Shop again.

I bought the Audioquest Rocket 11 Speaker cable - custom length with Suregrip 100 gold banana plugs. I am very impressed, I have worked as a Sound recordist for 30 years, so have made and used a few cables in my time...these were exceptionally well made and have definitely made a difference to the quality of sound produced by my ageing hifi system. The cables were also with me very quickly, next day and that was with standard postage(I am based in London). Anyway, great product and service, thanks.

Service second to none. I was impressed by the service I had from futureshop. I needed some speaker cable but was not sure what terminations I needed. An email attaching photographs of the back of one of my speakers and the back of my amplifier brought the advice that I needed very quickly.

Unfortunately I then ordered two cables but had misjudged the length that I needed for one of them. I was both surprised and pleased that when placing a second order to get the right length I was told that I could return the first lead for a refund, this in spite of the fact that it was a bespoke length and it was my mistake.
