I use a samsung q70t 55" tv with a rtx 3080 pc and this cable works at 4k 120hz uhd hdr vrr enabled and no black screens or signal loss. Excellent product

I’d previously purchased the Pearl HDMI cables after getting a 4K television and blu-ray player a few years ago, these were recommended by Futureshop at the time for my equipment. The previous version of the Pearl HDMI is an excellent cable and would recommend it, as was very pleased with the picture and sound from it.

I decided to upgrade to the new Pearl 48G HDMI as are a faster speed and HDMI 2.1, whilst most of my equipment is 2.0 am now future-proofed. Adam who was very informative about the products, suggested just buying the upgrade from the amp’ to tv, I decided to get this one and another two from the blu-ray player and the Apple TV 4K which purchased recently. As said, the older cables were very good and was pleased with the picture and sound, am glad I did upgrade as think these 48G cables are even better, the picture looks more vibrant and the sound is great also, especially when viewing 4K on blu-ray as my internet speed doesn’t allow me to stream 4K only 1440.

Whilst it’s not a huge difference from the previous Pearl cables, the newer Pearl 48G HDMI in my opinion is well worth getting and would heartily recommend them.

I bought two of these cables, one for my Blu-Ray player and one for my XBox, and they proved to be a wise investment, the picture and sound quality has improved no end, especially on my XBox which used to stutter when playing Blu-ray's & DVD's but since installing this cable the problem has gone, and games look sharper and sound better too. The cable itself has very high build quality, which is very evident when you open the box.

Needless to say I'm very happy with my purchase.

This review is based more on the customer service of Futureshop although i was more than impressed with the cables. Id originally ordered the 3m pearl which where unfortunately out of stock.

Having received a very prompt email and apologising for the out of stock item i was offered the upgrade to the Audioquest forest for no increase in price although there was a significant increase on the website. Its customer service like this that goes above and beyond.

I will never order another cable now from any where else and Futureshop will receive any orders in the future. Thank you so much.

Even at the lower end of the price bracket, this cable delivers a top performance. Perfect for ps5.

Great cable, solid and well made, picture quality is great and no errors regarding transmission speed or maintaining 4K connections.
