bought this cable only 0,50 meters long as my tv is now mounted on the wall so needed a shorter one.it is excellent and surperb quality,the picture has noticeably improved and is more stable have also gained one or two more channels.i ordered this on a friday and it arrived next day on sat.full marks all round. super!

I originally ordered a different cable and was promptly advised that it was out of stock, so with a pleasant phone call I was offered sound advice and a recommendation for a superior product at the same price. With impressive results it is indeed a significant improvement.

Most of all I was delighted by the superb, prompt and friendly customer service. I would rate both the product and the service with six stars if I could!

Good quality product and excellent customer service..

I inadvertently ordered the wrong end fittings and received a phone call to check which set matters straight. The correct connections were sent and are a great improvement over the previous equipment fitted. Future Shop is highly recommended!

Excellent quality cable that seems to deliver a noticeable improvement. I recently upgraded my TV setup, adding a BT Youview box alongside my existing Sony Hard Disc recorder. In order to do this, I needed to split the incoming TV aerial signal to feed both boxes (as well as the TV itself), which required additional aerial cables, so I decided to upgrade to these Audioquest cables. They are very well-made, with high quality connectors (I needed male coax on one end and F type on the other) and cable. They come in an attractive dark green colour too! Most importantly, the cable seems to have improved my signal quality too. Good service from Future Cables as well.

I contacted Future Shop with reference to the purchase of this cable and although the staff were helpful I received incorrect information. I contacted Audioquest to clarify the colour of the aerial cable. After numerous emails Audioquest assured me the cable was grey with a green stripe. Future Shop however insisted the colour was green with a grey stripe. Future Shop also informed me this cable had been superseded and emailed a photo of the new updated cable. I proceeded to order the cable. I was informed Future Shop would make the cable (male to female) From ordering the cable the service and delivery were excellent. I received the cable the next day and can confirm the cable is grey with a green stripe. Therefore the cable had not been superseded as informed. (See my next comments on my second aerial cable)

This cable is available in 3 colours. White, green with grey stripe and grey with green stripe. Previously we have had the white and grey colours in stock but our current stock holding is white and green only. We managed to find the enough of the grey coloured cable to fulfill your order after advising you and therefore we were pleased to fulfill your order as originally requested. We apologise for any confusion.

Very impressed with the quality and prompt service,I had a right angle coax plug on one end which made for a nice neat job at the wall plate.
