I telephoned the shop for information on a technical difficulty. They were so helpful and patient that they solved the problem for me. I also bought some extension cables, which were delivered promptly and of excellent quality.

I am very impressed with the company and staff. I ordered an aerial cable, which arrived very quickly, but unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong connections!

I rang and spoke to Geoff who was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, he advised me as to the correct parts needed and arranged for it to be despatched that afternoon.. it arrived next morning and fitted perfectly so our new TV was up and running within 24 hours of speaking with Geoff. The return of the incorrect one was sorted out and returned after Christmas!

I bought this to replace a RA V21 area cable as it was too short after repositioning the TV. Seems decent quality and inexpensive compared to the RA cable. There were a few minor problems with the wrong fitting for the TV plug end resulting in a new cable being supplied, and the wrong one returned.

Jeff sorted things out, apologised for the error, and handled the problem professionally. A slight disappointment but nothing that would warrant a poor rating or dissuade me from purchasing from Futureshop again

I needed a properly shielded aerial cable, cut to 5m in length for my Freeview recorder, after getting glitches on a lot of channels with the old cheapie I'd originally bought.

Adam recommended this one as doing the job while not as expensive as the QED alternative. The problem is now solved.

Quick turnover and delivery over the Xmas period were better than I had expected, given the postal strike. I'd heartily recommend Future Shop.

This inexpensive upgrade provides a substantial improvement to both the picture and audio from my aerial socket to the TV.

Easy recommendation.

The TV aerial signal for BBC 1 and 2 kept dropping off or not being received at all. Other channels were fine.

This was despite an auto search for channels several times. Following excellent advice, I purchased a bespoke coaxial cable, straight-ended, which has completely cured the problem. Reasonably priced for a great product.
