Atlas Element Asymmetrical Integra 2 RCA to 2 RCA Audio Cable
Atlas' original design brief for the Element Integra was to create a better than average, high quality, entry level interconnect. It seems they succeeded. The Element Integra has won numerous awards internationally and become one of their most successful products.
Benefitting from Atlas' ongoing research and development, the Element is fitted with their Integra non-magnetic RCA plug. The low mass Integra connector features a solder-free, cold-weld connection, all optimised to create a coherent, continuous signal path. The signal conductor is a fully shielded high quality OCC copper, designed and constructed to provide maximum resistance to RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) which can raise noise levels in a poorly shielded cable. The result is a cable which offers a large three dimensional soundstage and fine levels of detail without the artificial brightness which affects many budget cables. The Element Integra offers a neutral, relaxing sound and has proven to be an excellent foundation for further system improvements.
The Atlas Element asymmetrical interconnect shares many similar features to it's stable-mates in the Atlas line. It employs a braided copper and aluminium foil giving a 100% screen to provide rejection of radio frequency interference (RFI), it employs high quality Ohnous Continuous Casting Copper (OCC Copper) for it's conductors together with a low loss porous polyethylene dielectric (PEF).

Integra RCA Plug
The Integra is a low-mass, non-compression, constant impedance, self-cleaning, solder-free construction RCA plug. In Atlas' cables, the conductor to plug interfaces are solder free, and the gold-plated conjugate brackets act as the return signal path, helping to reject RFI. Both conjugate brackets (these grip the cable without the adverse effects of compressing it, which can alter impedance) have two asymmetrical leaves which spring open on insertion and wipe clean the signal path. To maintain a clean signal path, simply remove and re-insert them periodically. The Integra RCA connectors utilise low-mass non-magnetic connectors to minimise the negative effect of excessive metal in the plug itself.
OCC Copper
The Ohno continuous casting method re-heats the extrusion as the molten copper is forced out of the mould and very slowly and gradually draws the grain or crystal down the conductor''s length, creating a ‘single crystal structure.’ Actually, because no copper is 100% pure, there will always be a few boundaries produced by impurities. The frequency of boundaries created are quite insignificant. A typical crystal in a copper conductor drawn to 0.3 mm diam. using the OCC process is 125.00 metres long! The benefits are obvious, with almost no crystal boundaries, the audio signal is no longer impeded down the copper wire and more information and detail is delivered faithfully to the receiving equipment.

Polyethylene (PEF) Dielectric
PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) is cheap to produce and, as such, is the most commonly used insulation in AV cables. However, PVC is the worst quality insulation a Hi-Fi or AV signal can encounter as its high loss causes a significant reduction in signal velocity. PVC is better suited to power cables and should be avoided in Hi-Fi and AV signal cables. Other dielectrics in common use are Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Polytetrafluoride Epoxy (better known as PTFE (Teflon™) or Teflon,) and the new and unique Atlas (PTFE). PEF (Foamed Polyethylene). The foaming process uses a blowing agent, of which there are two types. Atlas use the gas-foamed method which creates a more inert, consistent and higher quality product. The table below shows the properties of a selection of dielectrics. Though not used as a dielectric in Atlas' cables, PVC is included for comparison purposes.

This cable has a gentle, clean, undisturbing and balanced sound.
I would recommend it mainly for classical music. If you listen to some kind of dance music, I would choose something more aggressive - QED, Wireworld...
But of course it all depends on personal taste.

For about this cable i think its excellent for this money. I think everything is fine but low level control and low level texture is poor. So its good for this money but i am going to buy hyper series. Because if this entry level cable is so good, hyper is really good choice.

These cables give a give a lovely, spacious, deep sound and I would definitely recommend them if you are seeking an effective upgrade to the standard cables that usually come with hifi equipment.
I have had them played in for around 15 hours (the information card suggests 72 hours is recommended before full quality is achieved) but I have no complaints about them. My Cambridge amp is rather over-bright and they can only do so much to alleviate that issue but I am very pleased with the sounds I am hearing with classical music.
They are also well made and come with a 5 year warranty providing you complete the online registration with Atlas.

Purchased the Atlas to replace an older Interconnect I was using between the phono and main amplifer. Have noticed an improvement in detail and timing. Bass is tighter, the treble is precise and vocals seem to have more air to them.

The new Atlas Elements Integra interconnects have made an improvement to my system. Highs are smoother...bass seems tighter and ever so slightly punchier, the soundstage is wider and delineation of specific sounds and instruments are clearer....the overall sound just sounds better to my ears. Music sounds more precise, warmer and thicker, and overall more pleasing to the ear.
This is my first Atlas cable and it didn't disapp.....

This is my first Atlas cable and it didn't disappoint,much clearer sound on my soundbar, using rca's over optical as i hate optical sound quality (i find optical cables overly bright sounding) by comparison the last award winning optical cable i bought was TCI Coral (which was highly overrated) but glad i decided on going for rca's this time as much more natural sounding and the Atlas fits the bill perfectly as iv'e finally found the best interconnect option for my soundbar with nice clear highs and much more detailing than the TCI Optical. Well worth the money.

The cable is just AMAZING,the sound is much more detailed without being too harsh at higher volume,(than my Cambridge Audio c700),nice solid tight bass and wonderful mids..also shipping is really fast too,great product,excellent service..i am a customer for life...
This is a great interconnect for the money, however I do find them to be a touch bright in systems with a tendency towards brightness.
Now I am moving to Hyper Integra.............. expect a review soon

Great cable - as all the reviews say its a great lead in cable for the world of high end cables. I have it connected up from a Pioneer N-50A network player to my amp this cable does not disappoint it delivers a clean crisp sound. I would definitely look at Atlas products in the future based on this cable
