The 64 Audio U4s Universal IEM Earphones offer a groundbreaking audio experience, leveraging patented technologies originally developed for flagship products to bring music enthusiasts closer to their favourite tunes. With a quad-driver hybrid design, including a dynamic driver, two balanced-armature drivers, and one patented tia driver, these earphones deliver a balanced and engaging sound signature. The Slate Blue shell colour and unique faceplate pattern, inspired by Muonionalusta meteorite fragments, not only give the U4s a distinct aesthetic but also contribute to its illuminant properties, creating a unique tone in varying lighting conditions.
Featuring Tubeless In-Ear Audio (tia) technology, the U4s aims to reduce unwanted resonance and distortion for a transparent and lifelike sound experience. The Air Pressure Exchange (Apex) vent ensures comfortable listening for extended periods by releasing air pressure in the ear canal while maintaining standard isolation levels.
Additionally, the Linear Impedance Design (LID) circuit corrects non-linear electrical resistance, ensuring consistent and reliable sound across various source devices. With an innovative crossover circuit replacing traditional acoustic dampers, the U4s minimises unwanted distortion, resulting in a pristine audio performance.

A quad driver hybrid UIEM featuring ground-breaking patented technologies originally developed for our flagship products in order to bring a wider audience closer to their music. U4s explores a bold new colour aesthetic for 64 Audio. The Slate Blue shell colour was influenced by some of the world’s most beautiful blue- dial timepieces while the unique faceplate pattern is inspired by Muonionalusta meteorite fragments. Both the faceplate and shell’s illuminant properties give it a unique tone in varying lighting conditions.
Its ergonomic anodised aluminium shell houses a single dynamic driver, two balanced-armature drivers, and one patented tia driver; all weaved together with our patented Tia, LID, and Apex technology. The four-way crossover is elevated with the use of our proprietary electrical low-pass filter; reducing low- frequency distortion. The assortment of included apex modules and ear tips are an invitation to further shape the sound based on preference and source material while the ultra- low impedance premium silver-plated copper cable ensures unimpeded signal transmission. The dissemination of tia technology within our product range brings that classic 64 Audio sound signature to a new price-point.
Sound
U4s sounds light on its feet while effortlessly delivering physically engaging sub-bass without bleeding into the mid-bass. Balanced mid frequencies and a pleasant high-mid band respond well to a wide array of music and recording styles at every volume level; present but not fatiguing. The tia high-driver’s open airy quality couples with the extended sound-stage provided by apex for a lifelike sonic experience.
Featured Technology
Tubeless In-Ear Audio (tia) is a patented IEM design methodology that aims to reduce unwanted resonance and distortion for a transparent and lifelike sound signature. The tia system is comprised of three major elements: open balanced armature tia drivers, the tia single-bore design, and tia acoustic chambers. U4s features two major elements of the tia system: the tia driver and the tia single-bore design.
Air Pressure Exchange (Apex) is a patented vent that releases air pressure in a sealed ear canal all while retaining standard IEM levels of isolation; enabling musicians and music enthusiasts to listen more comfortably for longer. This venting alleviates listener fatigue and allows for a much more realistic soundstage. Apex comes in three module variations for U4s: mX, m15, and m20.
Linear Impedance Design (LID) is a patented circuit that corrects the non-linear electrical resistance of the multiple driver-sets comprising this 4 driver IEM. Varying source amplifier output impedance in devices like smartphones, body packs, DAC/amps, and DAPs typically results in varying frequency response across them, depending on the increase in resistance. Restoring proper interaction with the source and preserving the desired sound signature enables a consistent reliable sound.
A crossover circuit replacing traditional acoustic dampers which can introduce unwanted distortion through vibration and air turbulence. Rather than using acoustic dampers to filter unwanted frequencies after the driver produces them the electrical low pass filter lowers distortion by eliminating unwanted frequencies before they reach the driver.

1. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Services as a Standard Postage Option

Over 98% of our orders are usually delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays . In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. For International orders, we use FedEx Services where customers have selected this option.
Please note, special orders for non-standard cable lengths or custom-made cables may be subject to longer delivery time-scales. This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

We have 99.9% of the UK covered With Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. We guarantee delivery to most UK addresses by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day may not be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered. If this is the case, the item will be shipped via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service as soon as the cable is custom made.
For orders weighing over 2KG, we reserve the right to ship items using Next Day Pre-Noon Courier Services where Royal Mail Special Delivery option has been selected.

We accept orders from all Channel Islands including Alderney, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. Unless you select a premium service, Items weighing under 2KG are delivered using our standard UK delivery option above. For items weighing over 2KG, a surcharge may be applied for all deliveries to the Channel Islands as well as Northern Ireland.

Deliveries to EU member states are subject to 20% VAT. We offer the following shipping services:
